The 1st and 4th
Our 1st Amendment assures we can speak freely, while our 4th assures we are safe from illegal search. Both of these freedoms are at stake. We believe in the fundamental right to privacy. We are committed to providing you with the tools and knowledge you need to protect your data and safeguard your digital life. “De-googled” smartphones (Android Open Source OS phones), laptops, and untraceable/amnesiac (they forget everything once unplugged) bootable usb operating systems are just a click away to help you stay safe, secure, and protect your right to privacy.
With your iPhone or Android, your data and privacy are actively being collected, without your consent, and used however the corporations want. Sold to thousands of other corporations and agencies to help build a better profile of you, your family, friends - What you like, dislike, what you will buy, where you go, what you spend, what you say, how you will vote, how to influence you, and the list goes on.
but what do they know?
Your device IMEI (it's unique global identification), your phone number, serial number, bluetooth information, and more.
Identity
Your IP address (internet address location), services locations (maps, routes, etc.) telemetry (location to cell towers, where you go, how long) and more.
Location
Information
Your name, email address, credit card info, address, your contact’s info, health information, destinations, patterns, (heartbeats, sleep patterns).
This data is collected all the time. Even when they're idle. On average, a smartphone transmits 4.5 minutes worth of data every day.
Data
Did You Know…
By age 18, the average person will generate over 78 million unique data points just by using everyday devices like phones and tablets. This information then is used to profile that person and place people into groups for marketing, messaging, influence, and monitoring purposes.
Google alone creates and stores over 40,000 petabytes of data per day. 1PB=1024TB
Apple is Google’s largest storage customer, storing over 470 Petabytes of iCloud data alone. That’s even more than TikTok or Snapchat.
Wearable devices like smartwatches generate almost 30 petabytes of data every year. This includes your heart rate, steps, location, breathing, and more. This information is then matched to phone and laptop data to see what contact may have caused a reaction, or triggered you to visit a store, or take a walk.
AI in iPhones, Android phones, and Mac/Windows computers now can hear, see, and report anything that happens on the system, or on the screen. This “client side screening” means that NO application is 100% safe anymore.
what can I do?
Start with a more secure phone, using a bootable USB for sensitive conversations, or simply just be more cautious with what you share. The important part is that you start somewhere. This alone will mark a huge step forward in reducing your online footprint by limiting the amount of information your device is providing about you. In time, you’ll begin to see less targeted ads and other indications that you’re starting to disappear. From there, consider a Linux operating system for your laptop to move away from Mac and Windows. Of course, you can always book time to talk live and discuss options to make sure you’re confident and prepared.
